Note: Your insurance may cover a portion of the fees. You have to pay the difference if your insurance doesn’t cover 100%. If you are not eligible for any of the above then you need to pay the same fees as charged to private insurances yourself.
Cancellation policy
You are required to notify 24 hrs in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
$40 will be charged to the client for missed appointment.
